Terms And Conditions
Confirmation of roof box installation is agreement to our T&C's
- Please contact us a few days before your collection date to arrange your fitting appointment.
- All hires are charged at a minimum of 7 days
- All hires require payment of a security deposit to cover the cost of replacement of the equipment.
- The security deposit and rental fee are payable upon installation
- We accept cash, card or bank transfer
- The security deposit will be refunded back to your card upon safe return of all equipment
- All care and attention will be taken upon install, but the driver is responsible for the safety of the roof box and it's contents once fitted. Please check it regularly to ensure it remains strongly secured to the car, and call us immediately if you have any problems
- All boxes and most bars are lockable but they are not unbreakable so it is recommended not to leave your car unattended with valuables within the box for extended periods
- Any additional insurance requirements are the drivers responsibility. If you have any concerns, please call your insurance company or check your policy
- Check box at regular intervals to ensure that the box is firmly fixed to roof bars and load is adequately secured
- Ensure you give adequate consideration to change in height and driving behaviour
- Roof box has a maximum load capacity of 75kg
- If you have a sunroof, please note this should not be operated while roof box / bars are installed due to potential contact with the bars and/or box
- You may experience additional wind noise while driving, this is completely normal
- Ensure that the roof box is locked before driving
- There may be a small additional complex fitment charge depending on your vehicle
